Former Premier League supervisor Alan Curbishley has been locked in a fierce dispute with locals over gaining planning permission for a brand new outbuilding.

The ex-West Ham United boss faces opposition over plans to construct a brand new construction within the backyard of his residence in Epping.

Mr Curbishley, 66, has twice been proven the purple card and had planning purposes rejected by officers at Epping Forest District Council. 

Paperwork shared within the public area present that the previous Hammers boss wish to have an L-shaped construction of their again backyard that options an open space, retailer and backyard bathroom.

Essex-born Curbishley, who performed 85 occasions for West Ham in a profession that lasted simply wanting 20 years, is alleged to be at a standstill with the plans.

‘The design of the outbuilding doesn’t complement the setting, notably because the constructing will probably be clearly seen to neighbouring properties on account of its bulk and scale. 

‘The orientation of the outbuilding on the location will exacerbate the problems highlighted above and consideration needs to be given to its place and orientation to minimise any unfavorable results on quick neighbours.’

The applying was submitted to the native authority on February 22 with a call due over the approaching weeks.
